Four-hour chart, Europe and the United States have fallen below the 1.1820 and 1.1800 support levels, and further fall below the 50% Fibonacci retracement level of the upward trend from the 1.1658 swing low to the 1.1918 high. At present, Europe and the United States are sorting out below 1.1780. On the downside, the key support is at the 1.1720 level and the 4-hour 100-period moving average (red).
The chart shows that important bullish trend line support is still effective near 1.1720, which is close to the 76.4% Fibonacci retracement level of the above uptrend. The next critical observation area may be at the intersection of 1.1680 and the 4-hour 200-period moving average (green).
The main support may be seen at the 1.1650 level. If it effectively falls below this position, it may intensify the selling pressure and push Europe and the United States to fall below 1.1565. On the upward trend, the initial resistance of Europe and the United States is near the 1.1780 level.
The first important obstacle facing bulls will be at the 1.1800 mark. If the daily line successfully closes above this level, a steady rebound may begin. In this case, Europe and the United States may attack 1.1840, and after the breakthrough, the bulls can point to the 1.1880 area. Further upside could push the test to the 1.1920 high.
